I have been looking for a replacement to my previous Sony 5.1 MP digital camera for which i paid the same amount that I paid for this camera. It’s amazing to see a sea change in the high quality from the photos especially under fairly lower light conditions and outdoors. The zoom is outstanding. I can agree with the previous reviewer that the picture blurs, but I have a various take. If the object moves or if the hand shakes a little. In my view this is OK becasue multi-burst function has been disabled by default. But, I have taken moving photos and it comes out fine most from the time.

I was going to obtain a Canon Powershot but then started looking at Panasonic. I feel like I got much more for my money. Maybe simply because Panasonic isn’t yet a household name in cameras. Bought digital camera for an upcoming trip. Desired a point and shoot that was pocket sized and took great pictures.
This camera gives me what I’m looking for and more. So glad I took the plunge. As the very first reviewer said she study a test of the FH20 by a pro photograher, I read the same article and it’s all Good. I’d receommend this camera above all others. Thanks Amazon, once again you came via for me as did Panasonic.

I have to say the feature performs as expected. Obviously it is not going to complete much if there is lots of camera shake, but it does the job for what it’s intended to complete. Picture quality is superb. I like the playback button that lets you review pics rather than having to switch the camera into another mode. When taking multiple shots the lag time between pics is minimal. Videos work well with it but there’s that pesky no in and out zoom throughout a video. Sound high quality was surprisingly great with video mode as well. It takes outdoor video nicely with little wind noise.
